An exciting opportunity for individuals with Level 4 Cancer Exercise qualifications.

Prostate Scotland was set up in 2006 as a Scottish charity to develop awareness of prostate disease and prostate cancer and to support men and their families/partners, as well as to support advances in the treatment and care of prostate cancer and disease in Scotland.  As part of our COMPASS service which offers a range of support to help men and their families navigate their way through prostate cancer, we are delighted to be working with a leading football charity to offer a 12 week exercise programme for individuals with prostate cancer.

As such, we are seeking suitably qualified individuals with Level Four Cancer Exercise Qualifications to help support the delivery of this programme which contains exercises and content for men with prostate cancer.  It will run across the central belt over a 12 week period this autumn, with a class length of around 1.5–2 hours per week based on the programme we have developed, for which a fee and expenses will be paid

If this opportunity may be of interest to you or someone you know, please feel free to contact Elaine at Prostate Scotland elaine.stewart@prostatescotland.org.uk to discuss further.
