Revalidation is a standard way of regularly confirming that you remain up to date and are continuing to practice safely within the CanRehab Cancer Exercise Evidence-based Guidelines. Revalidation must be undertaken every 3 years. Professor Anna Campbell has prepared a series of interactive teaching modules to assist you in revision for the CanRehab Revalidation Exam. These modules are:
Section 1: Cancer Biology & Cancer Survivorship
Section 2: Cancer Treatments, Relevant Side Effects & Key Practical Considerations
Section 3: Benefits of Exercise
Section 4: Client Screening / Triage, Assessments and Risk Stratification
Section 5: Current Guidelines for Exercise Prescription
Fully asynchronous online modules accessed on the CanRehab Education Platform. Access is for 90 days from the date of enrolment
On successful completion of the final summative MCQ exam the candidate will be issued with a CanRehab Revalidation Certificate valid for three years from the date of issue. This certificate is ONLY VALID ALONGSIDE CANCER AND EXERCISE AWARD CERTIFICATE or CANREHAB PHYSIOTHERAPY CERTIFICATE.
Learning content is provided in FIVE modules, each with interactive component to test your knowledge.
You must have a CanRehab Cancer and Exercise qualification OR a CanRehab Physiotherapist Qualification. The Revalidation Course is available to anyone who has gained this qualification more than 3 years ago.
Consideration will be given to health and fitness professionals who hold Wright Foundation Certificates and ACSM/ACS certification. Please add this information to your application.

A total of three attempts at this exam is allowed.
The course costs £90 including VAT and access is for 90 days from date of enrolment.
